SOLICITORS (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1976 - SECT 50

50. An application to or an inquiry or other proceeding before the
Disciplinary Committee shall be a legal proceeding within the meaning of
section 10 of the Bankers' Books Evidence Act 1879.
