VEHICLES (EXCISE) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1972 - SECT 32 



32. If, in any proceedings under section 8 or 16(8) of this Act, or under
section 69 of the Transferred Excise Duties Act as applied by this Act, any
question arises

(a)as to the number of mechanically propelled vehicles used; or

(b)as to the character, weight, horse-power or cylinder capacity of any
mechanically propelled vehicle; or

(c)as to the number of persons for which a mechanically propelled vehicle has
seating capacity; or

(d)as to the purpose for which any mechanically propelled vehicle has been
used;

Evidence of admissions in certain proceedings.
