(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954[3] shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Amendment of the Community Drivers' Hours (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001

In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) of the Community Drivers' Hours (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) (Temporary Exception) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001[4], in the definition of "prescribed period" for the words "period of 30 days beginning on 4th September 2001" there shall be substituted "period of 30 days beginning on 4th October 2001".
