This Order makes provision for the person by whom and to whom fees are payable for services under the Marriage Act 1983 and exempts any person in receipt of income support from payment for those services.
This Order supersedes the Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002 which was incorrectly made.
