TRUSTEES

The Trustee (2001 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002

  Made 23rd July 2002 

The Department of Finance and Personnel in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 45 of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001[1] and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Trustee (2001 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2002.

Appointed day
     2. The provisions of the Trustee Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 shall come into operation on 29th July 2002.
