ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

The Anti-social Behaviour (2004 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004

  Made 15th December 2004 

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 1(2) of the Anti-social Behaviour (Northern Ireland) Order 2004[1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Anti-social Behaviour (2004 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2004.

Commencement
    
2. Article 6 of the Anti-social Behaviour (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall come into operation on 15th December 2004.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
