CRIMINAL EVIDENCE

The Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006

  Made 17th February 2006 

The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 1(3) of the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 [1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and Commencement
     1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order (Commencement No. 3) Order 2006.

     2. The provisions of Part V, in so far as it is not already commenced and Schedules 1 and 2 of the Criminal Justice (Evidence) (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 shall come into operation on 3 April 2006.

This Commencement Order brings into operation Part V, in so far as it is not already commenced and Schedules 1 and 2 of the Criminal Justice (Evidence) Order 2004 on 3 April 2006.
