Rates (Capital Values, etc.) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

  Made 21st March 2006 

The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Rates (Capital Values, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006[1]:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Rates (Capital Values, etc.) (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

Appointed day
     2. The Rates (Capital Values, etc.) (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation on 1st April 2006.
