The Pensions (2005 Order) (Codes of Practice) (Early Leavers, Late Payment of Contributions and Trustee Knowledge and Understanding) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006
The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[1].
Citation
1.
This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2005 Order) (Codes of Practice) (Early Leavers, Late Payment of Contributions and Trustee Knowledge and Understanding) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.
Appointed day
2.
The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of—
(a) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 4: Early leavers – reasonable periods;
(b) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 5: Reporting late payment of contributions to occupational money purchase schemes;
(c) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 6: Reporting late payment of contributions to personal pensions, and
(d) the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 7: Trustee knowledge and understanding (TKU),
is 30th May 2006.
