RECOVERY OF HEALTH SERVICES CHARGES
The Recovery of Health Services Charges (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

	Made	28th November 2006
	Coming into operation	4th December 2006

The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1 (2) of the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006[1].

Citation and Interpretation
     1. —(1) This Order may be cited as the Recovery of Health Services Charges (2006 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

    (2) In this Order "the Order" means the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006.

Commencement
     2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the Order, for the purposes only of making regulations or orders, is 4th December 2006 and for all other purposes, in so far as it is not already in operation, is 29th January 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into operation on 4th December 2006 all provisions of the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, for the purposes only of making regulations or orders, and for all other purposes on 29th January 2007.
