DANGEROUS WILD ANIMALS

The Dangerous Wild Animals (2004 Order) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006

  Made 1st December 2006 

The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by Article 1(3) of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004[1]:

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Wild Animals (2004 Order) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006.

Appointed day
     2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Articles 3 to 11 of the Dangerous Wild Animals (Northern Ireland) Order 2004 is 28th December 2006.

Revocation
     3. The Dangerous Wild Animals (2004 Order) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2006[2] is revoked.
