PENSIONS

The Pensions (2005 Order) (Code of Practice) (Modification of Subsisting Rights) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007

  Made 16th January 2007 

The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005[1].

Citation
     1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions (2005 Order) (Code of Practice) (Modification of Subsisting Rights) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007.

Appointed Day
     2. The day appointed for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (procedure for issue and publication of codes of practice) for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice No. 10: Modification of subsisting rights is 24th January 2007.

(This note is not part of the Order)
