(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954[3] shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Amendment of the Principal Regulations
3.
—(1) The Principal Regulations shall be amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (3).
(2) In regulation 8(1) after "regulations 2(1)" replace "3, 4 or 5" with "3 or 4".
(3) In regulation 9 after "A controller" delete the word "found".
