The following repeals only of the 1997 Order, as set out in the Schedule to the 2007 Order: In Article 2(2) in the definition of "controlled waste", the words ", subject to Article 31(1),". Article 4(7)(b). Article 38(4)(c) and the preceding "or" In Article 72(2)(g) the words from "being an article" to "human health". |
