Coming into operation
1st October 2009
1. These Regulations may be cited as The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2009.
2. In regulation 3(1) of The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005(4) (fees, chargeable inspections, units of inspection, phases of works and estimated numbers of units of inspection) for "£25.00" there shall be substituted "£30.00".

These Regulations amend The Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 by increasing the fee prescribed for each chargeable inspection from £25.00 to £30.00.
