1.-�(1) This Order may be cited as the Forestry (2010 Act) (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010.
(2) In this Order -�the Act-� means the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010.
2. 13th September 2010 is the day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule.

This Order provides for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 listed in the Schedule to this Order, on 13th September 2010.
