Pensions
The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 10(1), (3), (4) and (5) of the Fire Services (Northern Ireland) Order 1984 (1), and now vested in it(2) and with the approval of the Department of Finance and Personnel in accordance with Article 10(1) of that Order makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Contributions) (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2012.
2. The Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Contributions) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012(3) is revoked.
