1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 and come into operation on 1st December 2012.
2. The Fisheries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003 (4) are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.
3. In regulation 82(1) for "the period beginning on 17th March in any year and ending on 17th December in that year, both dates inclusive" substitute "the period beginning on 1st March in any year and ending on 30th November in that year, both dates inclusive".
4. In Schedule 6, under the heading County Down and immediately before the entry relating to Lough Creevy, insert "Cleland's Lake, Crossgar".

These Regulations amend the Fisheries Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003.
Regulation 3 amends the annual close season for the taking of coarse fish, except pollen, on Upper and Lower Lough Erne by means of a single wall set net or trammel net.
Regulation 4 adds Cleland's Lake, Crossgar to the rainbow trout waters mentioned in Schedule 6 to which the annual close season for angling for rainbow trout prescribed in regulation 73(1) does not apply.
