The Department of Finance and Personnel makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 34 of the Civil Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 (1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Registration (2011 Act) (Commencement No.2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Civil Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 listed in the Schedule is 16th November 2012.
