1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Victims and Survivors Service Limited) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012, shall come into operation on 11th February 2013 and shall have effect from 1st November 2012.
2. There shall be added to the kinds of employment listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972, employment by Victims and Survivors Service Limited(3).

This Order adds employment by Victims and Survivors Service Limited to the kinds of employment listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes. It has retrospective effect from 1 November 2012 by virtue of Article 3(7) of that Order.

The Victims and Survivors Service Limited was established by the Office of the First Minister and deputy First Minister under Schedule 1 to the Budget (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2012 (2012 c.4 (NI)).
