The Department for Regional Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 1(2) of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Services (2006 Order) (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2016.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Water and Sewerage Services (Northern Ireland) Order 2006 is 11th March 2016
(a)Article 73 (Drought plans: preparation and review)
(b)Article 157 (Further duty to provide sewers)
