1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and shall come into operation on 31st March 2020.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(3) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
2. The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020(4) are revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (General Levy) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020.
1993 c. 49; section 170 was substituted by Article 161 of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/3213 (N.I. 22)) and amended by paragraph 3 of Schedule 1, paragraph 23 of Schedule 10 and Schedule 11 to the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/255 (N.I. 1)), paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Pensions Regulator Tribunal (Transfer of Functions) Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (c. 4 (N.I.)), section 12(2) of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (c. 10) and paragraph 6 of the Schedule to S.I. 2019/383
