Coming into operation
7th April 2022
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Notice Relating to Local Producer’s Licence) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 and shall come into operation on 7th April 2022.
2. A notice under Article 52B(6) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 must –
(a) contain the information specified in Schedule 1; and
(b) be contained in a document the dimensions of which are no less than 297 mm in length and 210 mm in width.
3. A notice under Article 52C(6) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 must –
(a) contain the information specified in Schedule 2; and
(b) be contained in a document the dimensions of which are no less than 297 mm in length and 210 mm in width.
4. A notice under Article 52D(10) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 must –
(a) contain the information specified in Schedule 3; and
(b) be contained in a document the dimensions of which are no less than 297 mm in length and 210 mm in width.

These Regulations prescribe the notice relating to the sale and consumption of intoxicating liquor that producers of intoxicating liquor must display at their own premises and when selling from other licensed and unlicensed premises, and the information the notices must contain.
