Gif ony man have landis pertening to him in communtie, and is in possessioun thairof, be vertue of the samin he may stop all uther persounis within the boundis of his communtie, to big ony house, fauld, dyke, or do ony uther deid tending to the appropriating of the saidis landis to thame; and gif ony thing be done or biggit in the contrare, the same may be destroyit and castin down leasumlie.
