George Schine having adjudged an annual-rent, and having charged James Christie, his superior, to receive him, he suspends, and alleges he had apprised the same lands before, and that his author was only infeft base, never clad with possession. The Lords repelled the defence, hoc loco, and ordained him to infeft, reserving his own right, as accords.
