A Member of this Corporation giving over his employment, and not keeping shop, this does not deprive him of his Corporation privileges, or right of voting at the meetings, if he reside in the town, and pay his share of the burdens. 2dly, The being keeper of the Parliament House, and one of the macers of Justiciary, are not incompatible with the office of goldsmith.
