Suspension having been obtained of a decreet-arbitral, after arrestments had been used thereupon, and the suspender applying for letters of loosing the arrestments, the Lords were of opinion, that wherever a decreet is suspended, arrestments on it are looseable, though laid on before the suspension; and therefore granted warrant for letters of loosing, but upon new caution.
