Commissioners of the year 1742, directly quartering against the Collector of Supply of 1739, and proceedings for an alleged balance due by him; suspension refused in respcct of the clause in the late acts prohibiting all stops of execution; though the Commissioners of the year 1739 found no balance due, and discharged the quartering.
