The Lords found, that heritable Sheriffs could create heritable Deputy-Sheriffs over different parcels of the shire, and sustained the claims of these Deputies, Tenitent. Minto, Monzie, Tinwald, et me, (but I was in the chair, and it came not to my vote.)
