Action of reduction laid on the above act, of a disposition of lands, in which the Court, on a view of the whole circumstances and presumptions, adhered to the interlocutor of the Lord Ordinary, sustaining the defence that the deed was granted for a just and necessary cause, and finding additional expenses due.
