Subject_Curator Bonis—Superior and Vassal.—
Authority granted to the curator bonis of a fatuous party, whose estate consisted partly of superiorities, to enter vassals, and grant charters, precepts of clare constat, and all other necessary writs for that purpose, on payment of the feu-duties and usual casualties of superiority. 1
