OPINION OF LORD MALCOLM

[1] For the reasons given in the opinion in the related proceedings brought by the pursuers as the administrators of Oceancrown Limited against Stonegale Limited, I shall reduce the disposition granted by Loanwell Limited in favour of the defenders of heritable property at 210 Glasgow Road dated 24 November 2010 (title number LAN44909), and order the defenders to execute a disposition thereof in favour of the pursuers within 21 days of the date of decree, failing which, warrant is granted to the Deputy Principal Clerk of Session to execute and deliver a disposition in those terms.


[2] For the reason given in the other opinion, meantime I shall have the case put out by order.
