The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(1) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 21(2) of the Act, been laid before, and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament. Citation and commencement 1. This Order may be cited as the Highlands and Islands Enterprise Area of Operation (Scotland) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st April 2001. Modification of Area of Operation of Highlands and Islands Enterprise 2. For the purposes of section 21(1)(c) of the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990, the following parishes in the local government area of Moray are hereby designated:-
(b) Bellie; (c) Birnie; (d) Boharm; (e) Botriphnie; (f) Cullen; (g) Deskford; (h) Drainie; (i) Duffus; (j) Elgin; (k) Grange; (l) Keith; (m) Rathven; (n) Rothiemay; (o) St Andrews-Lhanbryd; (p) Speymouth; (q) Spynie; and (r) Urquhart.
