The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 93 and 94(1)(c) of the Environment Act 1995[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consultation in accordance with section 93(2) of that Act, and being satisfied as to the matters specified in section 93(6) as required by section 93(3) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations: Citation, commencement and extent 1. - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2002 and shall come into force on 26th March 2002. (2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only. Amendment of the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997 2. Schedule 2 (recovery and recycling obligations) to the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations 1997[2] is amended as follows:
(d) for any subsequent year 59%."; and
(b) in paragraph 5, for "and (c) for any subsequent year, 18%." substitute-
(d) for any subsequent year, 19%.".
