The Regulations also amend the fee structure for general searching fees paid to the Registrar General from 28th April 2008 (regulation 2(5) and the Schedule). The changes to the current fees are set out in the Schedule.
[2] 2004 c.33; section 98 was substituted by the 2006 Act, section 52(6); section 122(7) was inserted by the 2006 Act, section 52(7); section 39D of the 1965 Act applies to any information shared with district registrars under section 39C; section 126(1) and 135 contain definitions of "prescribed" and "Registrar General" respectively relevant to the exercise of the statutory powers under which these Regulations are made.back
