The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 103 of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Transfer of Staff) Order 2011 and comes into force on 31st March 2011.
2. The persons listed in the Schedule to this Order, being members of staff of the Scottish Ministers employed in the Executive Agency of the Scottish Ministers known as Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education in Scotland, are persons specified for the purposes of section 103 of the Act.
