The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2) and (3) of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019(1).
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2, Saving and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2019 and come into force on 19 December 2019.
2.-(1) The Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2, Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2019(2) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 9 (enforcement of conditions – saving provision) for "planning contravention" substitute "breach of condition".

These Regulations amend regulation 9 of the Planning (Scotland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2, Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2019 so that it correctly refers to a breach of condition notice.
