While no Response to the Complaint has been filed and the complaint proceeds undefended, Nominet UK has received communication from a person representing the Respondent stating that the Respondent has no knowledge of the domain name or registration. In the circumstances it would prima facie appear that the domain name was registered by a third party without the knowledge of the person named as the respondent. For that reason the registrant's address has been omitted from this decision.

    9. On the evidence I find that the Complainant has succeeded in the Complaint and the domain name is dispute should be transferred to the Complainant.
