DECISION
1. The Appellants appeal, with permission, against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal (the “FtT”) which dismissed their appeals against a series of inter-related decisions of the Respondent, dated 03 December 2013.
2. By letter dated 16 September 2014, the Appellants’ solicitors informed the Upper Tribunal that their clients wished to withdraw the appeals. The only other material information available to the Tribunal, supplied by Mr Harrison on behalf of the Respondent, is that the Appellants are making arrangements to leave the United Kingdom.
3. In the circumstances, in accordance with rule 17 of the Tribunals (Upper Tribunal) Rules of Procedure 2008, I grant permission to withdraw the appeals.
4. The decision of the FtT is hereby affirmed.
