In a letter sent to the Tribunal on behalf of the the appellant dated 5 January 2014, her representatives have indicated that the appellant wishes to withdraw her appeal before the Upper Tribunal. I have been shown a letter from the respondent dated 6 December 2013 from which it appears that the appellant has subsequently been granted leave to remain.

    2. On this basis, I consent to the withdrawal of the appeal.

    3. This notice serves as notification of a withdrawal under Rule 17(sub-paragraph 2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008.
