NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT UNDER RULE 17(2) OF THE TRIBUNAL PROCEDURE (UPPER TRIBUNAL) RULES 2008

 

 

1. In a letter sent to the Tribunal on behalf of the the appellant dated 4 April 2013, his representatives have indicated that the appellant wishes to withdraw his appeal before the Upper Tribunal on the basis that the respondent has withdrawn the decision to deport him and has confirmed that she does not intend to make a fresh decision to deport him.

 

2.            On this basis, I consent to the withdrawal of the appeal.
