DIRECTIONS

 

1.             The decision of the First-tier Tribunal in this case is set aside and the case is remitted back to the First-tier Tribunal to be heard afresh.

2.             There should be a time estimate of one and a half hours in this case.

3.             No interpreter will be booked unless the party is unrepresented or there has been a written request for an interpreter made within seven days after these directions have been sent.

4.             The parties are reminded to serve on the Tribunal and the other party an index and paginated bundle containing all documentary evidence upon which it is intended to rely at the hearing in accordance with the normal Procedural Rules.
