DECISION

1.            The appellant applied to the Upper Tribunal for permission to appeal the decision of the First-tier Tribunal dismissing his appeal. Permission was granted on 6 June 2014.

2.            On 22 July 2014 the appellant wrote to the Upper Tribunal withdrawing his appeal.

3.            The appeal to the Upper Tribunal is withdrawn in line with Rule 17.

4.            The decision of First-tier Tribunal Andonian promulgated on 25 May 2014 dismissing the appeal stands.
