    Abandonment of Appeal

     

    1.      This is an appeal by Secretary of State for the Home Department against the decision of the First-tier Tribunal 17 January 2013 dismissing the appellant’s appeal pursuant to the Immigration Rules and allowing her appeal her appeal pursuant to Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

     

    2.      There was no appearance for the appellant on the date of the hearing.

     

    3.      At the hearing, Ms Isherwood for the respondent provided an application details form which indicates that the appellant has been granted entry clearance as a spouse for 33 months from 17 December 2013. There was also a letter from the appellant’s husband received on 17 March 2014 which states that the appellant has been granted leave to enter the United Kingdom following a fresh application and she has entered the United Kingdom.

     

    4.      In accordance with Rule 17A of the Upper Tribunal Rules, the appeal is abandoned.
