NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF APPEAL

1)             On 7 May 2015 Upper Tribunal Judge Freeman gave the Appellant permission to appeal a decision of the First-tier Tribunal dismissing her appeal against a decision of the Respondent refusing her leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) Migrant.

2)             By letter dated 28 August 2015 the appellant informed the Tribunal that she had decided to withdraw her appeal.

3)             Pursuant to rule 17(2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 I give permission to the appellant to withdraw her appeal.

4)             This is a Notice pursuant to rule 17(5) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 to the parties that the appeal is withdrawn at the appellant's request and with the permission of the Upper Tribunal.
