1 . The appellant has given written notice of an intention to withdraw his appeal.

2.              In line with Rule 17 of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 the Tribunal consents to the application being withdrawn.

3.              The decision promulgated on 15 June 2015 of First-tier Tribunal Judge Malik which refused the appellant's appeal against the respondent's decision dated 6 October 2014 to refuse leave as a Tier 1 Migrant stands.

4.              The linked appeal of Ali Raza IA/39114/2014 has not been withdrawn and will proceed to hearing on 17 November 2015.
