NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL

1.              The appellant, a citizen of the Philippines, has permission to appeal against the First-tier Tribunal decision upholding the respondent's decision to make removal directions with no in-country right of appeal.

2.              By a letter dated Wednesday 2 September 2015, the appellant's representatives stated that they were instructed to withdraw the appeal because the appellant would be submitting a new application due to a change in her circumstances.

3.              Pursuant to paragraph 17 of The Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 (as amended), the permission of the Upper Tribunal is required for such withdrawal.

4.              The Tribunal consents to that withdrawal.
