1)              By letter dated 5 November 2015 the appellants' solicitors informed the Tribunal that the appellants wished to withdraw their appeals because they have been given, and have used, visitors' visas for the United Kingdom.

2)              Pursuant to rule 17(2) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 I give permission to the appellants to withdraw their appeals.

3)              This is a Notice pursuant to rule 17(5) of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008 to the parties that the appeals are withdrawn at the appellants' request and with the permission of the Upper Tribunal.
