RULING AND NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT
1. The appellant's passport reveals that the applicant has left the United Kingdom pending the conclusion of his appeal before the Upper Tribunal.
2. By operation of section 92 (8) of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act, 2002 as substituted by s. 17 of the Immigration Act 2014, an appeal brought by a person while he is in the United Kingdom shall be treated as abandoned if the appellant leaves the United Kingdom.
3. The appeal was not certified under ss. 94 (1) or (7) or 94B.
RULING
The appellant's appeal is treated as abandoned.
