1.              This is an appeal against a determination by FtT Judge Bradshaw, promulgated on 23 June 2017.

 

2.              Mrs O'Brien advised that a written application to withdraw the respondent's case had been sent to the UT. It had not been linked to the file before me. She confirmed that this course had been agreed by the appellant's representatives.

 

3.              In terms of the Tribunal Procedure (Upper Tribunal) Rules 2008, Rule 17, the case is recorded as having been withdrawn, without opposition, and with the consent of the Upper Tribunal.
